Good Food For Sleep




Bread, bagels, and crackers are good because it is high in carbohydrates. carbohydrates increases serotonin, which promotes sleep.

Milk contains tryptophan that is converted to serotonin.

Lettuce has niacin which is involved in seratonin synthesis and promotes sleep.
